There are other ways I'd imagine to do this all, but these are what come to mind. This way, you can select VB Audio cable and your mic source, if you wanted. Hold down CTRL and left click the different audio sources you want to send. My modified voice from reaper is getting output through OBS's audio channel and things are good. I have OBS set to use the virtual cable as mic input. Make sure that the OBS Volume is 100 and not muted. The Volume Mixer dialog box will pop up, displaying all the sound levels for each application running in the background. With OBS.Ninja, you can select multiple audio sources. To adjust the OBS sound from the Volume mixer: Right-click the speaker icon on the bottom right of the screen. From there, you can select VB Cable (Voicemeeter) in the OBS Audio Settings as the Monitor Output device. If Youtube is loaded INTO OBS, you can then push the Browser Source containing Youtube's audio to the "Monitor and Output" option in OBS. If you are using OBS, you can use the Advanced Audio Properities to select which audio source you wish to share with your friend. You can select the VB Cable as an audio source in OBS.Ninja. If you used Firefox for Youtubing and Chrome for OBS.Ninja, it's not too hard to get this working.
You can also use VB Cable (or Voicemeeter), and if using the Window's audio mixer, you can route the audio from Youtube to virtual audio cable using Windows Mixer.
So you can screen-share using just OBS.Ninja, and if you select "Chrome Tab" (if using Chrome that is), you can select JUST the audio of that tab.
